Operational Thrust Under the Leadership of Marvie Lee Hill

Integrity

In life it has been my desire to consistently operate with extreme Integrity. Communicating consistently, ensuring only the best interest of your company is sought after, and promising to be a pillar of consistency throughout the business client relationship. I pride myself in having established a reputation with others that confirms my level of integrity in my personal as well my business interactions.

Honesty

Always saying what I mean and meaning what I say. I will implement policies and procedures that will propel your company to the next level ethically, affording no reason to question the direction or intent for the future success of your company. I want all my owners to always be upfront with their team members, learn you have nothing to hide. I never defend a lie I ONLY stand by the truth.

Respecting

I respect others whole heartedly. I may come across sometimes as abrasive and harsh however, it is only a mere glimpse into the passion I have for people and most importantly what I do. In no way is it a sign of disrespect for others. I understand this is not my dream but yours, and my role is to act as a mentor to assist you in taking your vision to the next level and supporting your efforts in working towards maintaining your financial investment and capitalizing on it.

Loyalty

I am almost Loyal to a fault. I believe in standing firm with my people and keeping my commitments. My philosophy has always been loyalty first. Loyal to my GOD, my family, friends, employee's partners, my vision and my goals. I refuse to give in or give up. When I set out to do something, accomplish a goal or complete a task I am loyal, driven and committed to the outcome. Just as loyal as I am to the things that are important to me, I intend to be equally as loyal to you.

Protecting

My sign is Leo. The Lion. I protect my environment. I am strong, assertive, sometimes aggressive if need be and I am a fierce leader. I defend and support the honor of all those who are connected to me. My fight for what and who I believe in is relentless and unwavering. I will protect what is right and what makes sense. My scar on my chest is my tattoo of sacrifice and it symbolizes my promise to always protect others that God places under my wings.

Mentoring

I have always offered my wisdom, my life experiences, insight, ideas, and business savvy to all I thought could benefit from it. I have never been selfish with information. I welcome people with a hunger for knowledge, and the drive to make things happen. I enjoy building people to prepare them for the life they were created to live. I will motivate and mentor you to stay in alignment with your goals, helping to stay on track when you get side railed. I know how to give tough love with an equal balance of constructive criticism and praise.

Faith

Walk by faith not by sight. I have a strong Christian belief. I am a man of who takes risks and a Man of NO FEAR. I started my first Agency on the foundation of belief that I was capable and ready to begin walking in my destiny. I believe that through Christ all things are possible and through perseverance and hard work all things meant for you can be maintained. Inevitably faith and belief are key to be a success. But work without FAITH is work in VAIN.

Success

It is my overall objective to create success stories. I strive for the success in all I do and all the ventures I am involved in. I am always a person who multi-tasks and stays involved in a variety of business ventures and opportunities. I believe that once I put my twist on things the outcome is only success. It's not because I know everything to do, but I've learned several things NOT to do. I am a creative mind that looks for new and different ways to create unique business ideas that will generate revenue. Success is always the primary focus. It doesn't matter how many letters are behind your name, but how GOD can place a VISION in your heart, and it manifest into nothing but success. Remember in order to succeed you must accept “Failure”. Failure produces acceptance of doors that GOD closed and were not meant for you. In the end success will overtake your failures.

Consistency

In the last 10 years I’ve learned a key element to loyalty is consistency (acting or doing the same way overtime especially as being fair this includes being steady, stable, consistent, regular, even, uniform, orderly, unchanging, unvarying, unswerving, and unwavering.) All these characteristics forms a harmony to a complex degree. This is a quality that far exceeds quantity. I’ve learned to live by being consistent and I look for this trait in others I partner with.

Testimony

In life I’ve learned that everyone’s testimony is powerful. When exposing your testimony and giving the gospel of what you’ve experienced helps you begin to heal. You can’t spell testimony without the word TEST. Every test that God has placed before me I have taken it in obedience of what God is declaring for my life. I’ve learned regardless of any test in good or bad one must learn how to declare the message and victory of that test. When you have a testimony, it is the evidence of supporting a factual statement that you have endured and withstood that no one can take from you. Today, I stand on every test that I have surpassed and accepted God’s challenge of permission to have a testimony platform to share it with others. It is my duty to use this stage and allow God to use me as a vessel of encouraging others to tell their story and to begin of making their history, (remember the word history spells out of His-Story). I want to encourage others to use their testimony as their shield and armor of protection of where they’ve been and where there going.
